DunavNET is honored to welcome Professor Olivier Donard, an esteemed member of the French National Academy of Sciences, for a collaborative effort within the TraceWindu project. Prof. Donard brings his distinguished expertise to our team as we develop innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) models strategically designed to combat fraud in the wine industry.
Prof. Donard is a renowned leader in analytical and environmental chemistry. He founded the Institute of Analytical Sciences and Physical Chemistry for the Environment and Materials (IPREM), a joint UPPA/CNRS research unit. With over 300 scientific publications to his name, he has also founded several companies in his area of expertise.
